EVOLVEBIOPEPTECH PARTNER COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENTS

Required for All Approved Dropship Partners

Compliance Requirements

These Compliance Requirements (“Requirements”) apply to all partners using EvolveBioPepTech, selling Evolve BioPep–supplied products, or operating a storefront connected through the EvolveBioPepTech integration network.

Failure to comply with these Requirements may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of Partner access, including (but not limited to) product feeds, API keys, fulfillment access, wallet functionality, and hosting services.

1. Research-Only Product Classification (Strict Requirement)

All Evolve BioPep products are classified as:

For Laboratory Research Use Only — Not for Human Consumption

Partners must NOT, under any circumstances:

Suggest or imply human use
Recommend dosage or administration
Describe physical, mental, or physiological effects
Provide usage instructions of any kind
Imply therapeutic, medical, or wellness outcomes
Compare products to prescription or over-the-counter medications
Reference weight loss, appetite suppression, muscle gain, or health improvement
Allow or publish user-submitted content implying human use

This rule is absolute and non-negotiable.

2. Required Disclaimers on Every Product Page

Each product page must clearly and visibly display the following disclaimer:

“All products are intended for laboratory research only. Not for human consumption. No medical or therapeutic claims are made or implied.”

These notices are installed and enforced by EMS Backend Services LLC and may not be removed, altered, obscured, or restyled to reduce visibility.

3. Approved Product Descriptions Only

Partners must:

Use only the product descriptions supplied through EvolveBioPepTech
Maintain exact wording, with changes permitted only for layout or formatting
Avoid adding, paraphrasing, or re-interpreting content in a way that implies claims

Partners must NOT:

Add medical, pharmaceutical, fitness, or health-related language
Add unapproved studies, claims, or references
Rewrite descriptions into benefit-based or outcome-based language
Supplement descriptions with external “research” or summaries

If there is uncertainty, the Partner must request clarification before publishing.

4. No Health, Medical, or Therapeutic Claims

Partners may NOT:

Suggest any product treats, cures, prevents, or diagnoses a condition
Suggest weight loss, fat loss, or metabolic changes
Suggest strength, endurance, performance, or muscle gain
Reference clinical outcomes or trial results
Reference user experiences or anecdotal outcomes
Compare products to prescription drugs (e.g., “like Ozempic,” “similar to Mounjaro”)

Such statements are considered unauthorized drug claims and may trigger enforcement action by the FDA and/or FTC against both the Partner and the Supplier.

5. Prohibited Marketing Language

The following terms and concepts are strictly prohibited across all marketing channels, including websites, email, social media, paid ads, and offline materials:

“Safe for human use”
“Improve your…” (weight, blood sugar, mood, energy, etc.)
“Boosts metabolism”
“Increases fat-burning”
“FDA compliant,” “FDA approved,” “pharma-grade,” or similar language
Before-and-after imagery
Testimonials referencing benefits, results, or experiences

These claims violate federal regulations and platform policies.

6. Website Hosting & Compliance Enforcement

All partner storefronts must be hosted and managed through EMS Backend Services LLC as part of the EvolveBioPepTech platform.

This requirement enables:

Real-time compliance monitoring
Centralized product feed control
Rapid legal and regulatory updates
Data and SKU integrity enforcement
Immediate remediation of violations

Any attempt to move hosting, duplicate content elsewhere, or bypass platform controls immediately voids Partner status.

EMS Backend Services LLC may access partner storefronts at any time to verify compliance.

7. Review & Testimonial Restrictions

If customer reviews or comments are enabled, Partners must ensure that all content is actively moderated.

Customer reviews must NOT:

Mention or imply human use
Describe physical or mental effects
Reference outcomes, results, or experiences

Partners are fully responsible for moderating and removing non-compliant content.

8. Advertising Compliance (Social Media, Search, and Paid Media)

Partners must NOT run advertisements that include:

Medical or health claims
Fitness or body-related claims
Human-use suggestions
Outcome-based messaging
Images implying injection, ingestion, or consumption

Violations may result in:

Immediate Partner suspension
Fulfillment access revocation
Ad account bans
Payment processor or merchant account termination

9. Labeling & Packaging Requirements

Where Partners provide custom labels or packaging, such materials must NOT:

Include dosing or administration instructions
Reference human use
Reference therapeutic or health benefits
Imply intravenous, subcutaneous, or oral consumption

Evolve BioPep or EMS Backend Services LLC may request sample labels for compliance review at any time.

10. Accuracy of Listings & Data Integrity

Partners must:

Rely exclusively on EvolveBioPepTech product feeds
Avoid manual alteration of fulfillment-critical data
Remove discontinued products immediately
Notify EMS Backend Services LLC of discrepancies or anomalies

Partners are responsible for inaccuracies displayed on their storefront.

11. Responsible Product Handling

Partners agree that:

Products are for laboratory research only
Products must be stored securely
No resale is permitted outside the approved storefront
No export outside the United States without authorization
No redistribution to third-party retailers or marketplaces

12. Fulfillment Deposit & Wallet Compliance

Participation in the program requires a pre-funded fulfillment deposit held with Evolve BioPep.

Partners acknowledge that:

Product and shipping costs are deducted from this balance as orders are fulfilled
Orders will pause if the balance is depleted
The balance must be replenished via approved self-serve top-up mechanisms
Deposit requirements are determined during application review

Misrepresentation of funding status or attempts to bypass fulfillment funding controls are grounds for suspension.

13. Compliance With Federal, State, and Local Law

Partners are solely responsible for ensuring that their business activities comply with all applicable laws, including but not limited to:

FDA regulations
FTC advertising standards
Consumer protection laws
E-commerce and payment processor requirements

EvolveBioPepTech provides technical tools only and does not provide legal advice.

14. Violations & Enforcement

Violations may result in:

Warning notices (minor issues)
Immediate suspension (moderate violations)
Permanent termination (major or repeated violations)

Enforcement actions may include:

API key disablement
Product feed shutoff
Wallet access suspension
Hosting shutdown

No refunds will be issued for terminated accounts.

15. Partner Responsibility Clause

Partners acknowledge that:

They operate an independent storefront
They control customer communication
They handle refunds, disputes, and chargebacks
They manage payment processing
They assume all business risk

EvolveBioPepTech provides infrastructure and fulfillment connectivity — not legal, medical, or regulatory advice.
