Prohibited marketing content

• Dosage or administration instructions, treatment protocols, human-use recommendations, medical or disease claims, diagnostic claims, weight-loss instructions, patient testimonials, before-and-after claims suggesting medical use, or content implying approved medication status.

Review and platform protection

• Partner content, images, metadata, advertising, email, social posts, and related landing pages may be reviewed. Evolve BioPep or EMS Backend Services LLC may suspend synchronization or participation when content creates compliance or platform risk.
