Wallet and Funding Policy
How the partner wallet supports prepaid wholesale purchasing and fulfillment.
Wallet operation
- Each partner initially funds the wallet with $1,000. Funds are applied to authorized wholesale product costs, shipping, handling, and fulfillment charges. Orders are held when sufficient wallet funds are unavailable.
What the wallet is not
- It is not a setup fee, security deposit unless counsel approves that description, interest-bearing account, bank account, or a channel for collecting retail checkout proceeds.
Owner/legal decisions required
- Unused-balance refunds, approved refund timing, disputed charges, post-termination balances, minimum top-ups, automatic top-up settings, handling charges, shipping adjustments, and chargeback-related costs.
