Refund and Cancellation Policy

Categories requiring decisions

• Wallet funding, the $1,295 initial license, $595 renewal, custom-service deposits, third-party expenses, and managed storefront termination each require owner and legal approval of refund and cancellation terms.

General principles

• Completed custom work and approved time performed are billable. Third-party purchases may be nonrefundable. Approved refunds return through an approved method. Wallet funding and software fees are not interchangeable.

Automatic renewal

Do not implement automatic renewal until owner confirms the billing process and counsel approves the timing, amount, consent, and cancellation disclosures.
