- One-site license grant, activation, initial and renewal fees, updates, documentation, ownership, and renewal process.
Restrictions
- No copying, sublicensing, resale, reverse engineering, modification of protected integration functions, credential sharing, or circumvention.
Partner responsibility and support
- Partner controls its technical environment and third-party conflicts. Standard support is limited; optional support is hourly; verified defects in unmodified software may be corrected.
