Partner commitments
- Initial wallet funding, performance standard and grace period, retail pricing, payment processing, customer service, partner content, restricted access, revision limits, and third-party developer restrictions.
Platform terms
- Standard support and SEO limitations, custom services, unauthorized-modification charges, platform ownership, partner trademark ownership, suspension, termination, migration limitations, and no guarantee of revenue, rankings, or payment approval.
Legal placeholders
- Parties, domain ownership, data ownership, post-termination treatment, wallet balances, and all final legal provisions require owner and counsel approval.
