Custom Services and Optional Development
Managed storefronts are standardized ecommerce platforms. The standard program includes the approved template, standard platform features, and defined launch revisions. Optional work outside that scope is separately billed by EMS Backend Services LLC.
Unauthorized technical remediation
$200 per hour · three-hour minimum · $600 minimum charge.
This applies to investigation, repair, restoration, and testing resulting from unauthorized plugin installation, theme or code changes, product duplication, hidden or proxy products, API or webhook changes, outside developer actions, synchronization or wallet changes, checkout changes, or marketing-server integrations.
Project terms and third-party expenses
- All custom work requires written approval and may require prepayment or a deposit.
- Hourly estimates are estimates, not guarantees; fixed-price proposals must be identified in writing.
- Additional scope, revision limits, missing partner materials, completed work, and approved labor are handled under the applicable proposal.
- Premium plugins, licenses, stock photography, fonts, platforms, hosting upgrades, API fees, payment-provider fees, advertising, and specialized services are additional and may require prepayment.
- Rush work may be accepted based on availability; the rush surcharge is 25% of the approved project fee. Approved emergency work may be billed at a higher rate.
- EMS Backend Services LLC may decline work that threatens platform security, stability, compliance, fulfillment, wallet accounting, or integration integrity. Custom services do not expand standard support obligations or guarantee sales, traffic, rankings, conversions, or payment-processor approval.
