Permitted partner activity

• Editing approved content and descriptions, changing retail prices, uploading approved images, viewing orders, and managing approved coupons.

Prohibited changes

• Installing or removing plugins; changing themes; editing PHP, JavaScript, CSS, or database content; scripts; hidden, duplicate, proxy, or intermediary products; product identifiers; synchronization; routing; wallet logic; APIs; webhooks; scheduled tasks; administrator access; or third-party developer access without written approval.

Protective action

EMS Backend Services LLC may suspend access, synchronization, or order routing when reasonably necessary to protect security, product mapping, inventory accuracy, wallet accounting, fulfillment, customer information, or platform stability.
