Welcome to the EvolveBioPepTech Partner Network.
This guide outlines everything required to get your storefront built, integrated, compliant, and ready to accept orders.

Partner Onboarding Guide

Launching Your Connection to EvolveBioPepTech Fulfillment

This guide walks approved partners through the process of launching a storefront, connecting it to the supplier fulfillment engine, and preparing to accept live orders.

Before You Begin: Business Prerequisites

Regardless of which integration path you choose, all partners must meet these minimum operational requirements before onboarding can begin:

  • Legal Entity: A formed business entity (LLC or equivalent).

  • Active EIN: Federal Employer Identification Number.

  • Business Banking: A dedicated business bank account and the ability to issue business checks.

  • Merchant Processing: You are solely responsible for establishing your own merchant account (Stripe, Square, Authorize.net, etc.) to accept customer payments. EMS and EvolveBioPep do not process your retail payments.

Step 1: Choose Your Integration Path

Once approved by EvolveBioPep, you must select the infrastructure model that fits your business:

Path A: Managed Storefront (Hands-Off)

  • Setup Fee: $495 (One-Time, + discounted License) | Monthly: $249/mo

  • Technical Role: EMS Backend Services LLC handles all hosting, installation, security, and updates.

  • Best For: Partners who want to focus on marketing and sales without managing a server.

Path B: Self-Managed License (Independent)

  • License Fee: $1,195 (One-time) | Annual Renewal: $495/yr (evolve partner receive $100 off annual renewal)

  • Technical Role: You (or your developer) are responsible for hosting, WordPress installation, and security.

  • Best For: Partners with existing web infrastructure who want total control over their tech stack.

Step 2: Environment Provisioning

  • Managed Partners: EMS provisions your storefront in our secured environment. We handle the WordPress/WooCommerce setup and security hardening.

  • Self-Managed Partners: You receive your EMS Partner Connect plugin files and documentation. You must confirm your server meets the requirements (PHP 7.4+, ZipArchive enabled) before proceeding.

Step 3: Credentials & API Activation

At this stage, your secure x-evolve-token is issued. This token is the “digital key” that authenticates your site with the fulfillment hub.

  • Managed: EMS installs and tests your token for you.

  • Self-Managed: You enter your token into the EMS plugin settings on your site to establish the handshake.

Step 4: Catalog & Inventory Sync

Your storefront connects to the supplier-controlled product feed.

  • The Rules: You may set your own retail prices and branding, but you cannot modify supplier SKUs or add third-party products.

  • Live Sync: Inventory synchronization is activated. Your site will now automatically reflect the supplier’s stock levels in real-time.

Step 5: Shipping & Order Testing

Shipping logic is applied based on the supplier’s defined rules (Flat-Rate or Variable).

  • The Test: We perform a “dummy” order sequence to ensure:

    1. The order transmits correctly after a successful payment.

    2. The customer data and SKUs are received by the Hub.

    3. The Partner Wallet (if enabled) debits the correct wholesale amount.

Step 6: Go-Live & Ongoing Support

Once testing is successful, your storefront is cleared for live traffic.

  • Managed Support: You receive unlimited technical support, hosting management, and “hands-free” updates from the EMS team in Brewer, Maine.

  • Self-Managed Support: You receive core software updates and access to technical documentation. You are responsible for your own site-level troubleshooting and hosting uptime.

Program Standards Summary

  • Supplier Products Only: No third-party or bundled products.

  • Single-Vial Listings: Products must be sold as listed by the supplier.

  • One Site per License: Each account applies to one authorized storefront.
