The product information, data feeds, inventory details, descriptions, specifications, and related materials provided through EvolveBioPepTech (the “Platform”) pertain exclusively to laboratory research compounds supplied by Evolve BioPep.

All products made available through the Platform are offered strictly for laboratory research purposes only.

By accessing, using, or distributing any information obtained through the Platform, you acknowledge and agree to the following requirements.

1. Not for Human Consumption (Strict Requirement)

All products referenced, displayed, or fulfilled through Evolve BioPep and its authorized partners:

3. Authorized Partner Responsibilities

If you are an approved partner or storefront operator, you agree to:

  • Ensure the notice appears on all applicable product pages

  • Use only supplier-approved product descriptions and compliance language

  • Avoid editing or rephrasing content in a manner that implies human use

  • Refrain from adding claims, summaries, or interpretations not included in the provided data feeds

  • Prevent, moderate, and remove customer reviews or comments that reference human use

Failure to adhere to these requirements may result in immediate suspension or termination of platform access.

4. Product Handling & Use

Research products should be used only:

  • Under appropriate safety protocols

  • In accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and best practices

You are solely responsible for ensuring proper handling, storage, and lawful use within your jurisdiction.

5. Accuracy & Limitations of Product Data

Neither EvolveBioPepTech nor Evolve BioPep makes guarantees regarding:

  • Suitability for any specific research application

  • Stability under specific conditions

  • Behavior outside controlled laboratory environments

Partners must exercise discretion and accuracy when presenting product information.

6. Legal & Regulatory Compliance

You acknowledge and understand that:

  • Misrepresenting research compounds as consumer products may violate federal law

  • Marketing claims implying medical or human use may trigger FDA or FTC enforcement

  • Compliance responsibility rests solely with the partner operating the storefront

The Platform reserves the right to revoke access, disable feeds, suspend fulfillment, or terminate participation for any compliance violations.

7. Enforcement

Violations of this Research-Only Product Notice may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of platform access

  • Removal of product feeds

  • Disabling of order submission

  • Termination of partner status

No refunds will be issued in cases of termination due to compliance violations.
